There are a few parameters.

If there is no .sun. somewhere, then week starts on Monday. If there is no .ampm., then it's 24-hour format.

There are four "qualitative" configuration options:

• dotted / lined notes pattern;
• 24 hours / AM/PM in schedule on daily pages;
• week starts on Monday / Sunday;
• with or without monthly calendar on daily pages.
