Errors when trying to open newsbot.pl

I installed all the pd not know how to get those files in the perl folders I see packages that were listed in the code. I am running Linux Mint 13. I used the git clone address command to clone it to a folder I keep my IRC things. In the code I see it lists other paths? Is that the problem? But then how would I put the right folders in the perl folders and such?
I REALLY want to get yours to work, out of trying 3 I like the way your's outputs the feed the most, and the fact it uses colors to distinguish the feeds. It looks like if I want custom feeds I might have to edit more than just the feed file.
Please help me just get it running, thanks.
