BayesLogit: fast, exact Bayesian inference for logistic likelihoods.

The Code/ directory has C and R code and the R Package.

The Notes/ directory has manuscripts.

Instructions for pushing for the first time:

git remote add origin https://github.com/jwindle/BayesLogit.git
git push -u origin master

If you just want to use the R Scipts, then you just need to load the (new) 
BayesLogit package.
