Quantum Image Classification

To use the demo, clone the repo and run the Quantum Circuit Learning Demo jupyter notebook (QuantumCircuitLearning-Project-Demo.ipynb) to play with QCL on the MNIST dataset. Alternatively, the results can be read off the notebook from the browser.

I am getting this error
DistributionNotFound: The ‘ruamel.yaml’ distribution was not found and is required by rpcq
while running the cell:
