Feature 1: Tie condition

there is currently no check if there is a tie in the game (i.e., there is no longer a chance for either player X or O to win). Implement such functionality, where after a move, a message will notify the player if the game is in a tie and will end the game.

Feature 3: Multiple Games

the game currently ends whenever a player wins. Change it so it doesn't terminate right away, but instead prompts the user whether they want to play another game or not. If yes, a new game will be started. If not, the program will display the current score board and then terminate.

Feature 2: Scoreboard

add a scoreboard that keeps track of how many games were won, lost, tied by each player.

Invalid input is an ungraceful crash

1. Start game.
2. Arrive at player input prompt.
3. Different options cause different errors:
   a. Enter causes an integer parse exception (despite there being nothing to split on, somehow we make it as far as the parse and don't die on the index operation).
   b. A single integer (with or without comma causes an indexing error)
   c. Invalid character (e.g. 1,2p) is a integer parse exception.

These can all be caught and fixed with relative ease.
