Error when entering combat, sometimes

Resources of party/raid members that joined after you are not displayed until reload

Easiest steps to reproduce:

1. Invite someone with mana to your party.
2. Their mana is not shown on raid frames as seen on this screenshot
3. Reload the game (/reload)
4. Mana is shown now as seen on this screenshot

Desired behavior: resources are always shown without reload.

Additional notes: no other addons for raid frames are installed; the issue was reproduced on 2 different machines using different wow accounts. The same thing happens in raids for any person that joined the raid group after you.

Masque support : debuff border color not shown

Hello !

I was wondering if you could add to the masque support debuff border color.
(Issue) KHM + Masque :

(Expected) KHM + No Masque :

For this example I meant to add the green color to border.

I asked on the masque discord and they said it was up to the addon being skinned.
