Todo: Code Optimization

Optimize all modules

• minimize game actions
  • try to get the total CPU usage per tick under 10.
• Merge all modules to main
  • importing modules creates overhead
• add arguments to functions and define them outside the room loop

Todo: Additions

Add Top-layer creep manager.

• give all functions a priority of being executed
• if certain function (e.g. worker) is not executed
• change lowest priority function creep with useful body parts for the task to desired function.

Top-layer Workload - Energy manager

• Calculate needed 'workload' per room and distribute creeps accordingly between rooms.
  • this way stronger creeps from high lvl rooms will be transferred to lower lvl rooms.
• Also calculate some energy requirements per room and the distributed energy
  • transport energy with the best option available (transporter/terminal)

other

• add flag finder and some kind of naming standard for flags
  • Set the desired properties in flag memory, not name as is implemented now.
• further improve and complete building placement code.
