Unsaved changes confirmation doesn't show on iOS

Describe the bug
On desktop, if you try to exit the page while you are making a question or answer, there will be a confirmation on unsaved changes. On iOS, that confirmation prompt doesn't show. Since it doesn't show, hitting the back button also doesn't go back.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the ask question page or make an answer
2. Start typing things in
3. Try to hit the back button
4. Blue loading bar shows on top, but nothing happens after that

Expected behavior
Confirmation prompt should show

• Device: iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (3rd generation)
• OS: iOS 14.4.1
• Browser Safari

Display name doesn't show up in the menu after sign up

Describe the bug
When I register for a new account, my username doesn't show up in the top right in the menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to merdev signed out
2. Go to "Sign up" page
3. Sign up for an account
4. Once redirected to the recent questions page, my username doesn't show up in the menu.

Expected behavior
My username is supposed to show up next to the inbox icon in the menu.

Phantom votes are being generated

Describe the bug
When the vote button is spammed, "phantom" votes can be generated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a question page, answer, or comment
2. Repeatably press the upvote or downvote button for a few seconds
3. Counter falls behind and more unnecessary votes are made

Expected behavior
Total vote count on a question, comment, or answer shouldn't increase or decrease more than one from a single user.

Happens on all devices, it's a backend problem

Additional context
Firebase Cloud Function is not catching up with new writes to the database. May need to figure out another way to handle vote count.
