logback-riemann-appender's Introduction

logback-riemann-appender

Logback appender for Riemann. Sends logging events to Riemann over a UDP transport. Sets a message attribute with the rendered log message and a stacktrace attribute if caller data (a stacktrace) was present on the logged event.

logback-riemann-appender's Issues

Stacktrace info sent to riemann is incorrect

Stacktrace info is being pulled from caller-info, which is where the RiemannAppender is being called. It should be pulled from the log event so the stacktrace of where the throwable sent with the event is what gets set to Riemann.
