sketch-sf-ui-font-fixer's Issues

SF Pro (and SF UI) doesn't switch between "Text" and "Display"

Sketch Version 44.1 (41455)

Summary

It looks like the plugin is no longer dynamically switching to the correct variation of "Text" or "Display" for SF UI or SF Pro, and if I'm using "Text" when I am >20 pt size, then it does nothing.

This plugin is a life-saver, but it'd be great if this issue could be resolved. Thanks!

Full Description

If I make a new text object... (all good)

  • SF Pro Text (or SF UI Text)
  • 16 pt
  • Default character spacing 0
... then use the SF Font Fixer plugin, it correctly applies the correct character spacing (-0.38).

If I make a new text object... (issue!)

  • SF Pro Text (or SF UI Text)
  • 24 pt
  • Default character spacing of 0
... then use the SF Font Fixer plugin, nothing happens.

It should...

  1. change my SF Pro Text to SF Pro Display
  2. apply the correct character spacing (0.33)

Doesn't work

Hello,

OS X 10.11 -> Sketch 3.3.3 -> Text Layer -> Nothing :)

Best,
Ivan

Having Trouble Using Plugin

I had a friend who is in the Apple Dev program download the font directly from Apple's site and fwd me the zip file, but the plugin doesn't seem to be working with it. Font sizes are at the appropriate size within my sketch file for the different font types. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and that didn't help either. Any advice?

Plugin only works up to font size 19px

I was working at a higher resolution this morning and noticed that the plugin doesn't seem to work on font sizes 20px and higher when using font "SF UI Text".

I'm on Sketch Version 69.2 (107504). Thanks for building this btw. Such a stupid problem.

Support Sketch 45 plugin update system

Hi there!

This is a quick note to remind you that Sketch 45 will include a plugin update system.

It would be awesome if you could add support to it (it's really easy!) before Sketch 45 comes out. Ideally, you should release an update for your plugin while we're still in Sketch 44, so your users will have a nice & easy experience when 45 is released.

For more details, please check http://sketchplugins.com/d/229-updating-plugins and http://developer.sketchapp.com/introduction/updating-plugins/

Thanks in advance!

Sketch 47 - High Sierra

Don't think it's working. After selecting text layers and selecting plugin to run, nothing changes. Can someone verify if it's working for them?

I'm using for SF Pro typefaces.
