Navigation bar

Have a navbar on each page, specifically so users can get to creating yetis and then back to the map.

To make things look a little nicer, place the submit button on the same like as the back button on the forms, is this will be easy.

Yeti InfoWindows

Create an info window that's tied to each yeti marker.

update readme

Update the readme to not have the default rails info.

create new yeti broken

When creating a new yeti, the user is directed to the show page. Now that the show action has been removed, they need to be redirected right to the map.

Remove the show action for yetis.

Doesn't really make sense to have a separate show page for yetis, so remove it.

encode HTML entities

When a user submits HTML or JavaScript, make sure to encode it so other users will be safe from attacks.

add validation on yetis

When creating a yeti, enforce some rules on the name and latitude and longitude. Show errors to the users.
