Add ability to edit and delete translations in the Translations view

The ability to right click and edit or delete a translation in the Translations view. This may require saving the encoding with a translation (edit). Adding delete should be trivial.

Detach Translations window from plugin functionality

Detach the Translations window from plugin functionality. Translations window should work as a viewer and editor, and the CTRL+R hotkey functionality should just bring up the Translate Text window regardless of the Translations window.

Goals:

• Add Translations to View -> Open subviews with CTRL+ALT+R hotkey.
• Make CTRL+R the plugin invocation hotkey.

This avoids having to use CTRL+ALT+R every startup and fix #4 in the process.

Hotkey after closing Translations window crashes IDA

1. Use the CTRL+ALT+R hotkey to bring up the translations window.
2. Close the Translations window.
3. Use the CTRL+R hotkey in IDA View.

The following error appears:

Clicking OK forcefully closes IDA Pro. Occurs in IDA Pro 6.6.

Add alternative to Google Translate API

Google Translate is no longer free. A free alternative would be nice.
