obsidian-customizable-menu's Issues

Feature request: menu items reorder

It will be very useful if in the config page of the plugin, it could allow to move (drag and drop) items. An obsidian plugin that has this kind of feature is cMenu from Chetachi, if it helps. Anyway, the plugin is incredibly useful as it is, congratulations.

Sorting function.

At present, this plug-in can only be sorted according to the addition order. Classifying similar commands can help us find the required operations faster.

Rename each command to show up in right click menu with a "custom" display name

Have you thought about adding a feature where you could rename the command? I have several commands I add from Templater scripts but the names are long and messy. Would be amazing if could customize the "display name" of what you want a command to show up like in the right click menu. Does that make sense? Thanks!

Right Menu Click on iPad Pro

Where do I find the custom menu popup on my iPad Pro?

Plugin Works great on Win 10 PC, but not on iPad Pro (OS 15 - Obsid ver 1.05

Thanks

Toogle window always on top Command doesn't appear

Hi,
First of all Thanks for the amazing plugin
The last version of Obsidian 0.15.6, released just a few hours ago, added the pop-up window and a command to toggle keeping it always on top.
This toggle command is now accessible only via the command palette. I tried to add it to the customizable menu, but the plugin couldn't see this command yet. Hotkeys see it already.
I guess it needs an update
Thanks in advance.

Feature Request: customize the names of the commands

Some commands can be too long and cause visual redundancy to an extent. I wonder if you could please add a feature that allows users to customize the names of the commands that appear in the right-click menu. I would be more than grateful if you could take my advice into consideration!

[Feature Request] Context Menu Hotkey - Mouse Right Click

Hello @kzhovn !!!

First of all, thank you very much for this plug-in! I's a great idea!

My FR is very simple: A hotkey to the mouse right click (Open Context Menu)

Why I'm requesting this ?

Unfortunately, MacOS don't have dedicated keyboard key to do mouse right click. If you search on Google it is not very simple to do in MacOS :(

  • Windows have a dedicated key
  • Linux have Shift + F10

This way, I really need a hotkey to access the Context Menu in Obsidian :)

Thanks for reading this!

Have a great day!

Doesn't work in File Explorer pane?

Tried to add a command and it appears properly in Editing pane but when I click a folder/file and right click it in File Explorer pane the same command is not there. Is this a known limitation? If so how likely it can be supported? Thanks

Right click menu for preview mode

  1. Looks like this plugin only works when right-clicking a doc in edit mode. Please update the description to convey this.
  2. It would be great if you could figure out a way to show the custom menu when right-clicking a note in preview mode.
  3. If you can get it to work in preview mode the next great feature would be the ability to specify if a command should be placed into the edit right-click menu, preview right-click menu, or both.

What is the right click menu?

I have no idea what right-click menu this plugin is referring too. I've tried right-clicking just about everything I can think of in obsidian and don't see any of my personalized options.

Please update the readme to make this more clear and consider adding images.

Update: Looks like it only works when clicking a note in edit mode. This should be mentioned in the description.

FR: Grid display

I find menu rows difficult to navigate especially when the UI is zoomed out.

It would be great to be able to display menu items in grid format.

This would potentially also help muscle memory/the ability to quickly locate items. I guess the icons would be more prominent too. i.e. Big icon on top, small text underneath.
