Implement algorithm for efficient spreading

Spreading entails moving an army to an adjacent empty tile.

Bot is moving back and forth between two tiles

Example: BxepS turn ~150.

user_id is not hidden

Probably will need to pick a new user_id at this point, but will need to hide the user_id sometimes soon before going on ladder.

Pathfinding cost is incorrect

With the current costs the AI is favoring moving through empty tiles over moving through friendly tiles. Could be because cost of empty = 0 while cost of friendly = 1/size.

Debug prints should be enabled/disabled through options.

Currently to enable and disable debug prints I have to comment out the code. So much work!

The bot skips turns sometimes.

It appears that the main issue is that the algorithm is either too slow, or the box that the bot is running on throttles the bot or is not allocating enough CPU. Bot is currently running on a remote machine at school.

Could try to run the bot on personal computer.

Will definitely figure out some ways to optimize the algorithm. For example, astar is being run every single loop. Could make it so that the path is cached and only runs again when there's a new target picked.

Pathfinding searches through unseen obstacles.

The pathfinding algorithm also search through unseen obstacles, which is not ideal because the AI chooses the wrong path or the long path.
