Random numbers and ODE

Is the way I implemented Langevin correct? Seems to me: at each time-step I give a random kick. This is not connected with the deterministi part of the ODE, solved by RK45: the system evolves in a deterministic way between the kick. Sounds like the right approach, thinking about Brownian motion.
I will leave this here as a personal reminder.
