get_xkcd("") currently returns the last xkcd, as this is the default behavior for https://xkcd.com/info.0.json

could get the 'num' element and return get_xkcd(RANDOM NUMBER FROM 1 TO num HERE)

create a rest endpoint to jokes

create a rest endpoint like /joikes that returns {"joke": "..."}
