Add a quick create option

Creating a new event is cumbersome. It should have a quick option.

ce-create #channel-identifer -Title title here -Description description here -Date 01-01-2020 -Time 10:10 -game game_option

Send contents of ce-info via DM

command ce-info <eventID> currently posts to current channel. It should send the information in a formatted embed via sendDM

Add ce-channel

As an event creator I want to be able to update the channel the message is posted to.

Completion:

• Add new command ce-channel <eventID> #channel

• If channel is changed after published it should warn user that all participants will be removed.

• Clear participantsList and currently published channel

Add default pngs

Add default pngs to project

move configuration settings

Current configuration settings reside in 4999 along with event information. They should be moved to a new tableID

• Move configuration setting to 4998
• Add setting to hold ID of command ce-publish. This should reduce the amount of configuration needed to get the custom event system operational.

Set up scheduled task to clean up expired events

Events should be automatically cleaned from database a day after completion.

Scheduler should:

• Remove keys 4999-5010 for the event
• Remove all reactions from event
• Update event footer text to read event ended
