am having the following error on my project which is caused by clickatell

Do not include user specific files in your .gitignore

It's consider best practice to add a directory like .idea in a global .gitignore file. Some more info here: https://murze.be/2014/12/create-a-global-gitignore/

Map Clickatell errors to CouldNotSendException

Currently the clickatell client throws an exception for any error response but to be better at this I need to map proper and readable error methods in the CouldNotSendException to the Full list of Api documented errors from clickatell.

Proposed changes

• Add the tests for these new functions
• Add the link to the Clickatell api docs on errors to the Exception class and the Readme
• Add the functions for each failure
• Figure out how to handle retry-able errors

No tests for the Clickatell Client

No release supports Laravel 5.6

It looks like the codebase supports 5.6 but that no release has been tagged so composer still thinks support only goes as high as 5.3. Can a new release be tagged please?
