"blurb add" doesn't work on Windows
It's pretty dumb and POSIX-y right now. It just needs a little porting love.

Doesn't work on shallow clones
Doesn't work on shallow clones
The check for whether the current directory is a cpython repo is running git log -r 7f777ed95a19224294949e1b4ce56bbffcb1fe9f (link to code), but in a shallow clone (e.g., git clone [email protected]:python/cpython.git --depth 1) this returns fatal: bad object 7f777ed95a19224294949e1b4ce56bbffcb1fe9f. For contributing to Python, a shallow clone is useful because otherwise the clone takes a while and the full history is not relevant. Commenting out this check, blurb runs fine otherwise in the shallow clone.
