add plotting routines

add plots for:

• evaluation outcomes
• add plot of aggregated precipitation, temperature data (monthly yearly)

metrics for aggregated data

sofar the evaluation happens only on the daily level and it is only based on evaluation metrics. It would be important to include graphic evaluation methods (first issue) and to allow evaluation for aggregated data (like monthly precipitation sums). Also in case of precipitation evaluation on precipiation derived stuff like dry and wet spells would be good
