Provide option to label reco objects with their ID numbers

"All" and "Charged" truth drawing options should be mutually exclusive.

At the moment, to switch you have to untick the current setting and tick the other one. There are three states (all, charged, none). Either we want two tickboxes that interact, or to implement some kind of radio button (ie emojis that look like set/unset)

Most of the time is taken filling in wires/digits images, which many users will never use. The correct solution is a lazier module, but the easy solution is a fcl toggle for this feature.

https://cdcvs.fnal.gov/redmine/issues/23615 is now fixed. As soon as it makes it into a release of larsoft we should update the gallery executable to use it, rather than complaining about its absence.

Display of photon detector signals

Probably needs a new view mode looking in from the side.
