Game does not fill its window.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

EarthSurfer starts fullscreen. It should set the actual game <div> to the size
of the owning window.
(setting the game div to 100% in the .html causes the game not to load.)

Allow recalibration of balance board

On this user's MacBook Pro 2GHz, the balance board is entirely lit up in
green all the time--making it impossible to move around. See attached
screenshot (taken when I'm not standing on it).

Please provide any additional information below.

There should be instruments

Below the 3D earth, there should be a compass, a speedometer, an odometer, and
meter that tells
you how far you've traveled since the last time you teleported.

Patch to check if Bluetooth is enabled and Objective-C++ compiler issues

I used your version of the WiiRemoteFramework for game development in C++.
Objective-C and C++ can easily be mixed however there were some compiler
errors which I managed to fix.

Also I've got some strange behavior when Bluetooth was disabled in the
system prefs. In this case IOBluetoothLocalDeviceAvailable() will still
return true but delegates do not work as expected. I've therefore added
another check using IOBluetoothLocalDeviceGetPowerState() which should
solve the problem.

Please find attached a patch with my changes and feel free to apply it to
your code. I've also submitted these fixes to the original author of the
code at the DarwiinRemote project.

User must re-pair the Balance Beam with the Mac each run.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the program once. Press the red button in the Balance Beam's battery
compartment to
connect the Balance Beam to EarthSurfer. Quit the program.

2. Run the program a second time.

Expected:
You should be able to reconnect by pressing the "power" button (with the blue
LED). on the edge
of the Balance Beam to reconnect.

Actual:
You must always repeat step 1 above.

Low battery indicator on screen.

The Balance Beam returns a nice floating point for battery level. Track that
and get the user's
attention when the battery is low.

Steering is coarse.

The Balance Beam returns a nice floating point value for steering. I truncate
to -1, 0, +1 to attach to
the pre-existing monster milk truck. That makes the steering squirrely.
