forward chatwheel sound to microphone

requires: pulseaudio

• only enabled if the flag --forward-to-mic (name could change) is specified
• [1] create a virtual user input sink, basically merging micropohne and chatwheel sounds. use this as standard input sink.
• [2] create a unix pipe using module-pipe-source at /tmp/chatwheel-rs.input
• link module-loopback, use [2] as source and [1] as sink
• link module-loopback, use alsa_input source and [1] as sink
• create an module-echo-cancel with aec_method=null, use [1].monitor as source and silence as sink

audio files can now be written to the pipe using ffmpeg ... /tmp/chatwheel-rs.input
