fix Travis-CI

The dependencies need to be fixed for yarn, and laxar-infrastructure should be bumped in the process.

declare .npmignore

Use an .npmignore so that /dist is included in the bundle, but /dist/spec ist not.

rename repository to `laxar-accordion-control`

We would like to align artifact name and repository name to avoid confusion.

These points need to be checked (there may be more), after the GitHub repo has been renamed:

• spec test: describe( 'An ax...', ...
• file names: spec, HTML, SCSS/CSS
• package.json fields: name repository.url; bugs.url; main;
• README.md: headline, links (use https://laxarjs.org/docs)
• CHANGELOG.md: links

Note that this is no breaking change since the external artifact name (npm) is not affected.

During #4 I broke the jQuery dependency...

controls: wrong path for i18n control

While updating to LaxarJS 1.0.0 the path for the i18n control was missed.

Update LaxarJS dependency to v1.0.0

declare jquery, jquery-ui and lodash.debounce as regular dependencies

To simplify use in downstream projects, declare the above-mentioned libraries as regular dependencies, rather than peer-dependencies.

jQuery UI 1.12 breaks compatibility by moving the accordion into a subfolder.
For now, let's be more specific in the bower.json.
