Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have met the following requirements:

• Node.js and npm installed on your development machine.
• Expo CLI installed globally.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/LaxmanZ/fitnessApp-react-native.git

2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd fitnessApp-react-native

3. Install dependencies:

   expo install

4. Start the development server:

   expo start

5. Use Expo Go on your mobile device or an emulator to run the app. Scan the QR code provided by Expo.

Usage

• Once the app is running, you can start using it to manage your workouts and exercises.
• View the list of available exercises and start your workout routine.
• Mark exercises as completed when you finish them or skip them if needed.
• Navigate to previous workouts to review your progress

Folder Structure

Here is a brief overview of project's Folder Structure.

• components/ - This Folder contains Reusable React components.
• data/ - This This Folder contains excersise data.
• screens/ - This Folder contains Different app screens.
• App.js - The main entry point of your app.
• context.js - Context API for state management.
• package.json - Project dependencies and scripts.
