No Tests

it seems like there are some obvious properties that could be tested for:

  • lift . unlift = id
  • eq === not . neq
  • read# and write# are mutating the appropriate bytes and index# agrees with read# (esp. for types like Word128, Word256 which do pointer arithmetic)

But I figure it'd be good to test anything that involves element size.

change BitBool.T# to Int8#?

upcasting to Int# should be a no-op for things like eg. isTrue#
but Int8# should take up less space

is there a good argument against this?
