Add support for compact keyboards please

I don't have a number pad on my keyboard so I can't do a single thing with this program...

Unable to change size

"RightCtrl + Num+" and "RightCtrl + Num-" do nothing

Is this bannable?

Is this bannable since it makes some changes on rtss could it change it's whitelisted signature?

Are you interested in:

• Minimize to tray
• Possibility to configure key bindings (maybe a JSON/YAML config file, if exists take that config, if doesn't, take default). Especially useful when you have a tenkeyless keyboard (have to use the virtual keyboard to do anything since we lack numpad).

I would be cool to send a PR, but if you think not the goal of this little tool I can just work on my fork.

I build the exe under Windows and even downloaded the latest exe here. Then when I start it I get the position form. But can I use it with RTSS? This information is missing.
