cumulative Histogram as new Plot

yearly stats

The monthly stats menu should be called stats, then there should be a selection yearly and monthly. depedning on its selection, alle plots and tables willl show either monthly or yearly stats. decade would be a possiblity too

Add difference from normal as a new parameter

allow user to specifiy a normal interval, e.g. < 1900 then calulcate the differnence from the climate normal and allow to represent it as a normal parameter.

Create individual explenations for all plot types

Write a short intro for each plot type. add 1 sentence expalining the download button and other common features for all plots to be added to this explenation using \n\n{} at the end of the plottyp_intro text.
