lcd-show-retropie's Issues

User and pass

What is the user and password required to download? Pi and raspberry not working

How to uninstall

Firstly, thank you for this code. I have it running on one system where I truly needed it. Thank you, much.

I screwed up and installed this on another Raspberry Pi 3 B+ running RetroPie that doesn't need it. The Pi that I mistakenly installed it on is connected to a projector over HDMI, and I ran $ ./rotate.sh 90 to correct the rotation on my projection screen, but now the image is in portrait mode, both in EmulationStation and in the shell/terminal.

I would like to uninstall this on the Pi connected to my projector, but can't see how. It may be as simple as deleting something, but I am a pretty green noob and am worried about screwing stuff up even further.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

LCD and HDMI at the same time

Hello, I am trying to make a Retropie GameBoy and I want to add an HDMI output so when I plug in the HDMI cable the output will be in the monitor. Thanks ;)

[feature] Add script to switch to MHS

I'm using the GPIO lcd and added button shortcut to run LCD-hdmi script and works correclty, but LCD35-show run gti clone and build everytime also if already done.

would be great a clean script that just switch to the GPIO lcd without all any new build or backup.

RetroPie script doesn't work properly

I installed RetroPie 4.5.1
Installed drivers for my 2.8' screen
Screen itself shows some info during boot (till "Terminating a Plymouth boot screen" or something)
When Emulationsttion is expected to start, it shows just a black screen

If I connect my Pi 3A+ to my TV via HDMI, it shows a picture in ES.

Failure to install drivers leading to entire OS crash

The script can't make the correct file, the script then thinks nothing of it and reboots, and Pi now fails to get into RetroPi, only showing io logs on external hdmi display. GPIO display still displays white during all of this

Problem executing LCD35-show

I followed the steps one by one, but when I execute LCD35-show, it shows me this error:

this is not raspberrypi kernel, no need to update touch configure, reboot
reboot now

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, Retropie installed and a LCD screen of 3.5 inches.
Anyone knows how to fix my problem?

Thanks and sorry for my english.
