Add version number to Properties/Label/KeyValuePair in IDML

To better reconstruct problems with image-export.jsx, it would be helpful if the version number of the script would be added to the export preferences that are inserted into the IDML file.

In InDesign CC

I get an error that says the object (which I believe is objectExportOptions) does not support the property "customImageConversion" -- this is for the image-export.jsx script, trying to export a jpg to a folder on the desktop.

Running InDesign CC 2015.2, build 11.2.0.99

Wrong line numbers in tables and footnotes

The script line-numbers.jsx does not work in Tables and Footnotes. I hope to contribute a solution in the near future.

Error: Object does not support the property or method 'preserveAppearanceFromLayout'

Hi,

I tried to run the script image-export.jsx in InDesign CC 2014 10.0.0.70 x64 build but it throws an error on line 733 in the function isObjectExportOptionActive(objectExportOptions) :

Error: Object does not support the property or method 'preserveAppearanceFromLayout'

Extra info to help, parseFloat(app.version) returns 10 and objectExportOptions.parent returns [object Rectangle].

image-export: 'property is not applicable' error in 62750c1

Fantastic script, thank you.

The latest version (commit 62750c1) throws this error in Adobe CC InDesign 11.4.1.102 x64 on Windows 10:

"Error: The property is not applicable in the current state."

Previous versions 6436c78 and 74ad2f6 both work fine. Sorry my scripting skills aren't good enough to identify the problem.

image-export.jsx: rename image groups

Would it be possible to extend the option Rename Export Filenames/Exportierte Dateien umbenennen to image groups?

I tested exporting with the options Rename Export Filenames and Export grouped images as single image. While the renaming is done for normal images, the name of a group of images is not changed. It should also be assigned the selected export filenames with the ending _group

Script removes hyphens from the text
