appointment_spec.rb error

On line 12, it should be changed from
@appointment.appointment_datetime.strftime
to
@appointment.appointment_datetime**.to_datetime.**strftime

Otherwise there is a NoMethodError
NoMethodError: undefined method strftime' for "2016-12-25T00:00:00+00:00":String Did you mean? strip

error in appointment_spec.rb

1. need to require rails_helper
2. cannot call strftime function on a string. That's a Time method. This is how I solved this problem:

# app/models/appointment.rb
def time
  Time.parse(self.appointment_datetime).strftime "%B %d, %Y at %H:%M"
end

Then modify the test so it reads like this:

it 'has a date and time' do
  expect(@appointment.time).to eq('December 25, 2016 at 00:00')
end

Solution branch is missing files

Solution files for Models, Controllers, Views, and Migrations are all missing...

There Is No Test To Verify The Doctors Index Page

None of the specs in the doctors_spec.rb verify the features of the index route that is listed as a requirement in the lab README.

The second requirement mentions this route should exist...

"2. Create a Doctor#index page that displays each doctor's name, a link to their show page, and a count of their patients."

feature tests missing rails helper

in addition to Adam's comment above, rails_helper needs to be added to all feature test specs
