Definition id isBrowserBusy

I've had a go at using some of the kendo\selenium extensions, specifically for the Kendo grid. I could get some of them to work just fine, but I had problems trying to re-use some of the code in the KendoGrid.DoPerPage() method. This references a javascript method "isBrowserBusy". When I execute this code via selenium I get an exception when it tries to execute this line.

Is there a definition for the isBrowserBusy method, or do I need to include some libraries in my application for this to work?

Add a lincense to the project

Is there a license associated with this project? I was building some kendo extensions for use in selenium and found this project and would rather just contribute here instead if this has an open license. At work, we're required to have a license for any software we pull in and use, even if it's something like this that helps test existing code and is never actually "shipped". If there's already a license for this, is there a way to add one, or if not, select one that protects your IP how you see fit, but making it clear that it's OK to use by others?
