Support different types of smooth scroll

Currently, the "smooth" function is a custom one that I came with. It works, but it will be best to support more easing function for a better experience.

Improve api to be more user friendly

There may be needed a new major version for this, since a lot may be breaking changes. Some ideas:

• Export default windows scroll object

Allow to select steps per second

By default, the amount of steps per second on smooth scroll is 100. It also should be configurable for a better experience or performance problems.

Support watch elements

Add watcher for detecting elements at a certain position of the scroll. Generally used for when the element is visible in the window.

Allow to select easing function

Support horizontal scroll

Add `isScrolling` function

Add isScrolling function to get if element is being scrolled. Also differentiate user scroll from smooth scroll.

MSEdge support

scroll function does not exists on elements in Edge, so only window scroll will can be used.
