Bug - Unable to put minecraft in fullscreen

Name: Unable to put minecraft in fullscreen

Summary: Cant put minecraft in fullscreen mode, or even reisize the game past a certain size

Details:

Crash message:
"The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 3"

How to reproduce:
I installed the mod and joined Hypixel. Everything seemed to be working fine for now. When I tried to put Minecraft in fullscreenmode, it crashed. I relaunched the game. Again, I joined hypixel everything seemed fine. This time I tried manually resizing the game. This seemed to work fine at first, but once I crossed a certain size, the game crashed again with the same error message. I launched the game again, but this time I put the game on my (smaller) second screen. I was able to put it in fullscreen and resize it with no problems; however, my second screen is way smaller than my first screen, so I usually don't use it for gaming since it is so small. When I tried to move it to my second screen (in full screen), it crashed again. It appears to crash every time the game gets resized to a size larger than the size of my (smaller) second screen, but I am not completely sure that that is the cause.

All hotbar elements are the same scale in the options screen. If I put them in the current general GUI scale ("?" option) it works fine)

Feature requests

Hi, I hope the mod is still getting updated! I just downloaded the mod and was trying to set it up in a comfortable way that I like, but I failed to do a few things.
Basically I'd like to know if it's possible to move things around, I don't want my ping display on a huge font on the bottom left, I'd like to move it to the top left of the screen and make it smaller.
Also, for the armor HUD, I'd like it on the bottom left, displaying as a percentage but without decimals, and there doesn't seem to be settings for those. Also I don't like the bow arrows left displayed in my crosshair, I'd like to be able to move them to the corner of the screen.
Lastly, I'd want to know if it's possible to show the player's (and maybe other players too above their heads when you look at them) damage reduction or effective HP in 1.8.9 (which has a simpler armor formula), no mod seems to do that, would be great if I found one that does.

Giant chat box

This feature makes the chat history window as tall and/or as wide as the Minecraft screen, so that the most number of recent messages can be seen.

There is an option to only expand when the chat input GUI is open.

Quick layout keys

This adds three keybindable layouts to quickly switch to specific layouts.

The Save preset menu should be redesigned as follows:

Save preset - Title

As file

Name: [text box]

[Save]

Into a quick layout [1] [2] [3]

[Cancel]

Typo in crosshair settings, "heath"

Name: Typo in crosshair settings, "heath".

Summary: Under crosshair settings, there's a typo, "heath" instead of "health".

Details: In HUD settings, in the crosshair section, there's a toggle for "Show heath changes" instead of health in v1.4.0.3.
