Could you reconsider the license?

At least for levmarq.c and levmarq.h, the original was MIT licensed.

Or, could you leave a note leading to the MIT-licensed original somewhere? I couldn't find any reference other than it was written by Ron Babich.

wrong gradient

You have a mistake in your gradient. The partial derivative for temperature of the heater (first parameter) needs to be :

1.0 - exp(-par[2] * x);

and not :

1.0 + exp(-par[2] * x);

nb. It's also called 'Newtons law of cooling' ;)
