How to add index only after second-level titles?

In a markdown file, H1 title usually is the document name. So, we don't want to add index to the H1 title.

How to realize it? Can you consider adding a configuration to enable/disable H1 numbering?

设置 markdownIndex.indexBase = '##' 无效

修改markdownIndex.indexBase = '##'时无法生成编号,设置为'#'可以生成编号.

当标题为数字开头的时候 出错

我有些标题 如 # 2d平面
当是数字开头的时候 会出现 数字丢失了情况 变成了 # d平面

一级标题个数超过一定数量就无法继续编号呢

超过39个一级标题之后，就编号就失效了。可以修复吗？

正文内的类似0.2.5的版本号出会被替换

如题，我文档内有描述我自己软件版本号的部分也会被替换。
如“从0.2.5升级到0.3"会替换成”从5升级到3"。

指令可以如下：

正则有点问题

第2次使用之后会变成

hello, I'm a Chinese user. I like this plugin.
But recently, I wrap python code in markdown and use the plugin to add index automaticlly. It went wrong that all python comments in markdown added index. Like this

不能添加tab键

尝试了 \t \t '\t' 都无效，建议增加tab键缩进 自动添加 标号 例如下面：

能否忽略一级标题？

期望索引从二级标题开始，忽略一级标题

配置为##后不起作用

配置为##后怎么运行也不起作用了，只有设置回#时才有效果。
