Can this be modified easily to do audio/video
I have a TS stream, live i would like to be able to pull via rtmp but dont want the expense of FFMPEG etc.
I will open a multicast socket to the data and then use RTMP for sending

ReadOneNaluFromBuf中丢弃了SEI帧
雷神好，我加SEI帧时发送内容不合我预期。发现ReadOneNaluFromBuf中遇到SEI类型的nalu时直接continue，没有走到memcpy。
有两个问题：
- 雷神丢弃sei帧是有什么特别的考虑吗？
- 我直接将这里的if去掉，和视频帧一样发送sei，会有什么问题吗？（目前实测好像是可以的。）
