Add audio

The crates rodio or cpal could possibly be used for the audio.

Creating an 'beep' sound with rodio is easy, but a new instance of source is needed everytime the audio is played.

Ex. code for 'beep' in rodio:

Things to note:

• Does rodio (or cpal) affect the timing of the CPU cycle?
• Does rodio or cpal have WASM support?

IBM Logo ROM does not work as expected

When trying to run using the IBM Logo ROM, the program panics with the message 'Unknown instruction 0xFF00' from the decode() function of cpu.rs file.

decode() shouldn't read 0xFF00 from the program counter, as it is not a valid instruction.

• Need to look for program counter issues
