websocket-data-viewer's Issues

Heyo!

I absolutely love this repo, been using the code snippet in almost all my latest extensions

I've been working on an extension for krunker.io which adds a toggle to player cosmetics. Krunker sends player data over ws, which gives all sorts of information, like the cosmetics the player is wearing. So far I've been able to fetch this data, modify it and repack it, but I've been unable to replace krunkers' original websocket data with my modified version.

If I understand correctly, this extension creates an additional onmessage event listener and then displays whatever passes thru it, but I want to be able to run a bit of a code for every onmessage event that gets created. (So i can modify the arguments before the krunker code gets ahold of them.)

Do you know a way to do this? Or maybe a better way to go about it all together? Thank you for the help as always

Feel free to add me on Discord by the way, you have friend requires disabled: Swat#7165

How can I implement this into my website??

Currently, the script only works on User Script Extensions like Tampermonkey. I want to make it so that it will debug/log all websocket data in a webpage that has an iframe. Technically, all websocket information emitted from the iframe is displayed in the page's debugger. I don't know how to integrate the script into my site and it doesn't seem to be logging any websocket data. It would really help me out if you could help me since I am new to websockets. Thanks!
