"Write Review" button breaks after ajax event

Repro Steps

1. Go to a front-end product page, e.g., https://zest.lemonstand.com/product/aviator-sunglasses
2. Trigger an event that reloads the product partial, e.g, change an option or add product to cart
3. Click on "Write Review" to open the review form modal.

Home page template doesn't use a product collection

Currently the home page includes a partial called "home-product-list". This partial loops through all products and displays the first 4 items returned. The home page product list should use the "featured" collection as it's source instead and show all products in the collection. This will allow merchants to easily merchandise products on this page and change the order.

Blog links to wrong URL

Should link to site_url/blog, the default blog template page.

Default social link names don't match CSS classes

Since the default social link names have Capital Letters: Facebook, Twitter, etc., the class names are not matching as they use lowercase: facebook

This means the social icons don't show.

Bulk pricing needs an if-exists check

Product page partial-shop-product:

After changing the colour:

Home page collections missing price

Price not showing in collections section on home page. Missing price in recent change to theme.

Redundant product names on product page

Topmost product name isn't needed. The breadcrumb nav could be moved over to the left in place of it.

The text size for the product title above the reviews could also be increased a bit to ~26px

Cart/checkout/receipt Totals need cleanup
