Missing directory

main_gui.py references an import that is missing on line 11:
from detect_face_video import main

There is no detect_face_video directory in the repo. Could you please add that so the project will run or update the README on what that should contain?

Missing requirements.txt

You should add a requirements.txt file so required libraries can be installed prior to running the project.

License plate Extractor not accurate

the current algorithm is simply searching for a rectangle within the image and then it displays it. Which on some images it displays the windshield instead. Need to check weather or not the rectangle contains text in it or not.
