alpha-bot-js

A discord bot designed primarily for the delta community server. Based on code by Connor from MenuDocs

Setup and Startup

Download this repo using git, then install dependencies using npm

~ $ git clone https://github.com/NullPointDev/alpha-bot-js.git
~ $ cd alpha-bot-js
~/alpha-bot-js $ npm i

Don't forget to replace the default settings in botconfig.json or else the bot will not start.

~/alpha-bot-js $ node index.js

Causing the economy system to break. Should fix asap.

V2 - Economy

The following economy features need to be added/changed before V2:

• Custom currency name (config.eco.cname)
• Custom daily reward value (config.eco.daily)
• Custom first daily reward (config.eco.fdaily)
• Option to use either server-based or global economy
- Identify users by (serverID+userID) rather than userID alone.
• Switch to a proper database system (MySQL?)
