Add async generating

It would be nice to have async generating content from puppeteer. Api returns uuid (for pulling) and adds task on rabbit.

No validation on passed URL - probable security issue

You can pass any string to the service and it will generate PDF from that.
If you pass file://<any_local_path> it will read it and return it as PDF

Add tests

Add support for waiting before page load (from URL option)
