Entities created do not show up in the hierarchy

I was able to get the editor to run and I see the objects in the scene, however the hierarchy does not update with the entities that were created.

Uranus won't load if a script is deleted

Steps to repro:

• create new script, mine is called EditorUtils
• add editor functionality to script - EditorUtils.prototype.editorInitialize = function () { console.log('editor init');};
• add script to object in scene (?)
• enable Uranus editor
• reload page
• observe Uranus editor logs say it launches successfully
• click object and verify console logs are running from editor functionality successfully
• delete script
• reload page
• observe Uranus editor logs have an error, 'editorUtils script not found'
• observe no Uranus editor scripts work any more

WORKAROUND:

• create empty editorUtils script
• reload page
• observe Uranus loads normally

SUGGESTED FIX:

• check if scripts exist and if not, remove them from the check, and do not attempt to compile missing scripts or otherwise "fail" based on script not existing
