Destination Settings

Please add the possibility to add a source path or destination path as command 
line setting. 

With the createbackup.sh script the backup is created in the parent path of the 
typo3 folder. But what if the backup is needed in a path /backup on the root - 
or else where?

With the switchversion.sh the typo3 source is placed in the typo3 installation 
path. But if there is a general path where the source is placed for all 
installations, this script is useless.

Thanks in advance if you could implement this into the scripts.
