Error: invalid or missing ZWSID parameter

I've downloaded and installed your plugin and updated the $zws_id to our own ZWSID, but the input still throws an error when searching an address. I'm using the [zestimate] shortcode on the page. But after entering an address and clicking Get Zestimate, I get this error:

Error: invalid or missing ZWSID parameter

If I place my ZWSID directly on line 36, then it fixes that issue. But a new error shows:

Error: no exact match found for input address

I'm guessing that's something to do with:

$data['address'] = $_REQUEST['address'];
$data['citystatezip'] = $_REQUEST['address'];
