Why there are no mimetypes in the "MIME" field?

G'day, magic contributors!

I'm trying to write a program that converts cbr's to PDF, and I'd like to ask why there are no MIME types and how could I correctly make a function that checks if a file is RAR-compressed, or Zip-compressed, or TAR-archived etc. Currently, I'm making a quick n' dirty switch-case, but I don't think that's the best way of doing it. I'd like to use MIME types in this switch-case because it seems like a more trustful comparison.

Feature request: add more options to control concurrency in Lookup

Currently, workerCount is set to the maximum number of available CPUs. There should be an option to manually set this value, as well as providing a way to perform the lookup without spawning any goroutines at all (there could be scenarios where Lookup might be called repeatedly, using a lot of the available resources for goroutine creation and deletion as well as blocking and context switching).

I've been playing with this repo for a couple weeks now, and I'd like to include it in a middleware-like tool called logger-go that logs HTTP requests an responses and sends them to a DB. The plan is to attempt to read body bytes from HTTP responses based on both the Content-Encoding header and the magic bytes found in the payload. However, I just noticed the repo doesn't have a license.

Do you have any plans to add an open source license to this repo in the foreseeable future @liamg ?

Feature request: make types an exported name

Is it possible to make the slice types found in types.go available outside the magic package?

Bug: offset not being used for non-children filetypes

When check is first called from here, the reference offset is not passed (0 is hard coded as the offset parameter for any file type). This can be changed to use job.reference.Offset instead.
