Compile failure w/ pre-AMP `base`

I've already revised the meta-data at

adga-snippets >= 2.4.3 not available on Hackage

Required by agda-snippets-hakyll

agda-snippets-hakyll-0.1.1.1 doesn't support pandoc-1.16.0.2 and pandoc-types-1.16.0.1

I had to leave agda-snippets-hakyll out of this pr because it isn't compatible with pandoc-1.16.

agda-snippets on hackage requires Agda ==2.4.2.4

Stackage nightly is on Agda-2.4.2.5; agda-snippets can't build with stackage until it supports the newer version on hackage.
