go-libp2p-blankhost's Issues

Emit local address change events

See #42 for motivation.

Similar to BasicHost, we should periodically poll our listen addresses and if they have changed, we should persist a signed address record for self to the peerstore and emit a EvtLocalAddressChanged on the event bus.
