Outdated revision names (DQIII)

The result is that the image is not fetched when using the up-to-date revision label.

Note: Rev 1 was also recently named Rev A.

I will let someone else choose how to fix it, whether it is by renaming, or duplicating the existing entries. It seems to me that there should be parent entries fetched by default if a revision/suffix-specific entry is not present in the list, in order to avoid similar situations.

Earth Bound (USA) (Proto)

Is it possible to change the metadata for this one? "EarthBound Beginnings (USA, Europe) (Virtual Console)" comes up under it, and given the history, it makes sense, but the name isn't helping anyone. Would be nice to either update it to "EarthBound Beginnings (USA, Europe) (Virtual Console)" or something simplified, or at least make it just "EarthBound (USA) (Proto)". The latter is still confusing because of the SNES game. Just a thought.

How about giving Earthbound beginnings the new official nintendo one, and giving the prototype version the old art?
